Pendry Tampa – Downtown Tampa
Pendry Tampa is progressing smoothly as the team behind the development of the 38-story condo/hotel provides us with an exclusive construction update. Coastal Construction alongside Bauer Foundation Corp. has been actively engaged in foundation work since the groundbreaking.
A total of 190 foundation piles have been installed on site, with completion along the north end of the parcel. Additionally, a pedestrian tunnel along the Riverwalk has been completed to maintain the flow of the waterfront path during construction.
The most anticipated announcement is finally here: “Vertical construction is set to begin this summer,” in 2024! Once this phase begins, we can expect Coastal’s characteristic pace, likely with a floor rising per week.
New renderings showcase the signature material palette, featuring whitewashed oak and travertine around the residences’ private pool. Upon completion, Pendry Residences will offer 207 luxury units, along with Pendry Hotel comprising a total of 220 guest suites.
